4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made 24  hours prior to your scheduled pickup to qualify for a refund. For cancellation requests, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

5. Liability

• Crystal Transport Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the ride.

6. Conduct

• Passengers must adhere to driver instructions for safety.
